Spa Etiquettes:

• Cancellations: A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or rearrange our Vancouver day spa services. Please understand that there will be applicable charges for all missed or rescheduled appointments without the 24 hour notice.
• Delayed Arrival: We require all our customers to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their appointment. To better assist you with your needs and to ensure that we provide you with a complete service, we ask that you arrive on time. If for whatever reason you are running late, please call us at your earliest convenience.
• Communication: Sound tends to travel fast when indoors. We ask that you help us preserve the tranquility of our environment by lowering your voices to a minimum and turning off your cell phones.
• Cell Phone Use: We restrict the use of cell phones and cameras when visiting the spa. We respect the privacy of our guests, clients and employees, and we hope you do the same. Gratuities: Gratuities of 15 are always appreciated. If you’ve enjoyed our services, you are more than welcome to tip.
• Clothing: While visiting our spa and salon, it is highly recommended that you experience body services wearing disposable undergarments provided to you. We are specially trained to ensure a level of comfort that is second to none.
• Price Listing: All prices listed on our website are non-negotiable and should be paid the same day of the services. We occasionally provide our customers with coupons and deals they could utilize. Be sure to regularly check back on our website to take advantage of our deals.
• Hygiene: Personal hygiene is important. We ask that you shower before arriving for any spa treatments.
